What happens when there is a surplus of imports brought into the U.S.? Cite a specific example of a product with an import surplus, and the impact that has on the U.S. businesses and consumers involved. The cost behind a product to the seller is defined by the amount of money it cost to introduce the item, the amount of money to store the item and the shipping to stores and establishments. What are the best aspects of individuals that make a leader? The definition of what a leader is has been discussed and wondered upon for a long time in business, life in general and many other situations that happen throughout the lives individuals have. Management believes that when they find what it is that makes an average manager into a great leader their organizationally performance and production levels will improve and increase and personal career goals will be accomplished successfully. The similarities and differences between virtue theory, utilitarianism, and deontological ethics are all important parts of a person’s moral standards and will help to define how the individual person will present themselves in living. Virtue theory or virtue ethics is the measure of ones belief in the better good and providing an example of excellence in that belief. Virtue ethics are moral and non-moral but the individual is aware of these standards. A person’s virtue ethics a defined by what the person will do excel in all things good and how those actions are perceived by those effected. Demonstrative communication is a method presenting ideas that compliment you vocal speech. Since all communication is derived from sending and receiving messages, these methods assist in advancing a vocal presentation to have better appeal and relationship building characteristics toward an audience. Demonstrative communication includes nonverbal communication and unwritten communication which include methods including eye contact, body movements, gestures and emblems as well as playful interactions, facial expressions and tone of language.
